Business Administration Internships for Students

The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration at the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ is offering several internship possibilities for business students during the Spring 2005 semester.

The primary objective of the business internship program is to provide meaningful on-the-job experience in a career related field.

The internships ease the transition from the classroom to the work world for students and help develop personal work ethics. In addition, internships provide a record of work experience for students and allows three semester hours of credit per enrollment period.

For businesses, internships provide a pool of high-quality, potential employees and also establishes a link between the business and the Å·ÃÀÈý¼¶Æ¬ for future academic interaction. In addition, internships provide an opportunity for businesses to assess the actual performance of potential employees at minimal cost and risk.

Students must be enrolled in a major program of study in the B. I. Moody III College of Business Administration to participate. They also must have a minimum adjusted 2.5 GPA and be in upper division and at least Junior standing in the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration.
